River Strokes Kayak School based in mid Wales, provides
fun, friendly, and flexible kayak instruction with
lessons and courses to introduce you to
kayaking! and improve on your skills. Choose
from a flexible range of kayak lesson styles and
course length, half days, one day, two day and 5
day kayaking holidays available with flexible dates
to suit you.

Kayaking remains an undiscovered
watersport for many, but the experience is similar
to that of skiing, snow boarding, sailing, windsurfing
etc and it’s just on our doorsteps in Britain.
It’s also a great way to relax, escape modern
day pressures, get fit and experience an outdoor
activity with a difference.
